Comfort Panties

Disposable period panties with front-to-back coverage. Pull on, walk out, forget you're wearing them.

When a sanitary pad isn't enough, on the heaviest nights or on long travel days, period underwear covers front to back. Ours are single-use with a soft non-woven topsheet and a tear-away seam for easy changes. Covers front to back. No laundry.

Many women keep a few on hand alongside their regular overnight sanitary pads: panties for the first heavy nights, pads for the rest. Find both in our bundles. Free standard delivery on 2 or more packs.
