Delivered the same day inside Riyadh. After 2 PM we deliver the next day. No delivery on Friday, so Thursday orders after 2 PM arrive on Saturday.

Riyadh orders placed by 2 PM Saudi time, Saturday to Thursday, are delivered the same day. After 2 PM we deliver the next day. There's no delivery on Friday, so Thursday orders after 2 PM arrive on Saturday. Orders placed on Friday are processed on Saturday.

Delivery missed? We try again.
If the courier can't deliver (wrong address, no one home), they'll retry up to 2 more times: so please make sure your address and contact details are correct.
Damaged or incomplete? We put it right.
If your order arrives damaged or with anything missing, message us within 48 hours with photos. We send a replacement immediately, no need to return the original.
