Yes. The top sheet that touches your skin is organic cotton, with no synthetic fragrance and no added dyes. Beneath it sit airlaid layers, a SAP core and a PE backsheet. We're transparent about every layer, see our Why Organic Cotton page for the full breakdown.

Our pads hold SABER product conformity for Saudi Arabia (certificate 89012-113-26-2430520, valid to May 2027) and are made in an ISO 13485 certified, FDA-registered facility. Intertek tested our Night Pad 330mm against the GB 15979-2002 and GB/T 8939-2018 hygiene standards, and GALAB screened our pads for nine chemical families, with none detected in the samples tested. Organic certification of the cotton topsheet is still being documented at brand level, so we do not claim it yet. Every report number is on our facts page.

We offer three pad sizes for different flow levels:

• 180mm Small: light days, everyday use (30 pads per pack)
• 260mm Medium: all-day and all-night moderate flow (10 pads per pack)
• 330mm Long: heavy flow and overnight (10 pads per pack)

We also offer Comfort Panties for heavy days and first periods (3 count, S/M).

Our 260mm and 330mm pads have wings that fold under your underwear to help keep the pad in place. Our 180mm pads are designed without wings for slim, discreet daily wear.

An organic cotton topsheet. There's no added fragrance, no added dyes, and the top layer isn't a plastic film. We haven't run clinical skin tests, so we don't make skin claims. If you have a known skin condition, check with your doctor first, as you would with any new personal care product.

Completely. No synthetic fragrance, no masking scents, no perfumes. Just clean cotton.

Each pad is rated on a drop scale shown on the packaging. The 180mm handles light flow (1-2 drops), the 260mm covers moderate flow (3-4 drops), and the 330mm is built for heavy flow and overnight (5-6 drops). Independent lab testing confirms our 330mm pad absorbs up to 50 times its own weight in liquid.

The organic cotton components are biodegradable. The absorbent core and adhesive components, like in any modern pad, take longer to break down. We're actively researching alternatives to make our products fully biodegradable in the future.

Our products are manufactured in China, one of the world's leading hubs for premium personal hygiene manufacturing, where many of the world's top organic and premium brands also produce. They're then quality-checked and distributed from our facility in Saudi Arabia.

Standard delivery by SMSA is a flat SAR 12 and takes 2 to 5 business days (remote areas up to 7 business days). It's free when you order 2 or more packs, and a bundle counts as the packs inside it. Same-day delivery in Riyadh is a flat SAR 15 when you order by 2 PM, Saturday to Thursday.

Riyadh: same-day when you order by 2 PM, Saturday to Thursday. Orders after 2 PM arrive the next day. There's no delivery on Friday, so Thursday orders after 2 PM are delivered on Saturday. Orders placed on Friday are processed on Saturday.
Rest of the Kingdom: standard delivery by SMSA, 2 to 5 business days; remote areas up to 7 business days.

Yes. Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee covers opened packs: contact us within 30 days of delivery and we refund the opened pack in full, with nothing to send back. It covers one opened pack per product type, per customer. Full terms.

For unopened packs (within 7 days of delivery) we arrange a free pickup from your address and refund within 15 days of pickup, usually in 3 to 5 business days. For an opened pack under our 30-day guarantee, nothing needs to be sent back.

Once we receive the return, we process the refund within 3-5 business days. Bank processing time varies, Mada usually 1-3 days, credit cards 5-10 days. Refunds cover the products you return. Free gifts and delivery fees, including the SAR 15 same-day fee, aren't refunded.

No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account makes reordering, tracking, and managing returns easier, but it's optional.

No, we don't offer subscriptions. If you'd like a nudge to reorder, the Bloom Tracker can email you a reminder before your period is due. It's free, and you can switch reminders off anytime.

Log into your account to update saved addresses. To change a specific order that's already been placed, message us on WhatsApp as quickly as possible, we can usually update orders before they ship.
