Cookies Policy

Last updated: 5 October 2026.

1. What cookies are

Small files a site puts on your device. We also use pixels, tags and local storage. We call all of them "cookies" here.

2. How they work on our site, by where you are

  • In Saudi Arabia and most other countries: all the cookies listed below are active when you visit. We don't show a consent banner. You can switch analytics and marketing cookies off at any time (section 4).
  • In the EEA, UK, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway: you see a consent banner. Only strictly necessary cookies run until you accept.

3. What we use

Tool Type What it does
Shopify Strictly necessary, plus analytics Cart, checkout, login, security, language. Shopify's own store analytics
Google Analytics 4 Analytics How visitors use the site. The data is pseudonymous. We read it in aggregate
Snapchat Pixel and Conversions API Marketing Measures and shows our Snapchat ads
TikTok Pixel and Events API Marketing Measures and shows our TikTok ads
Google Ads tag Marketing Measures and shows our Google and YouTube ads
Meta Pixel and Conversions API Marketing Measures and shows our Facebook and Instagram ads
Klaviyo Functional and marketing Links your visits to the emails and SMS you subscribed to

When you're logged in, checking out or subscribed, the marketing tools may get a hashed copy of your email or phone so the platform can match the event. Bloom Tracker data is never sent to any of them.

4. How to opt out

  1. Block or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break the cart.
  2. Turn off ad personalisation in your Snapchat, TikTok, Google, Facebook and Instagram account settings.
  3. Email privacy@blossomwings.com and ask us to exclude you from ad measurement.

5. How long they last

Session cookies go when you close the browser. Others last from a few weeks to two years, or until you delete them.

6. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

There's no agreed standard for how sites should respond to the Do Not Track browser signal, so please use the routes in section 4.

7. Changes and contact

We update this page when our tools change. Questions: privacy@blossomwings.com or WhatsApp +966 50 516 9433. See our Privacy Policy for the rest.
