Eligibility
To place an order with us, you must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
Account registration
You can shop as a guest or create an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@blossomwings.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order. We may suspend or close accounts that contain false information or are used for fraudulent activity.
Products and pricing
We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colours, packaging, and specifications. However:
- Product images are for illustrative purposes — actual products may vary slightly.
- All prices are listed in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and include VAT where applicable.
- Prices and product availability may change without notice.
- If we discover a pricing error after you place an order, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
Orders and acceptance
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We accept your offer only when we send you a shipping confirmation email — not when you receive the order confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including (but not limited to) cases of:
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment.
- Pricing or product description errors.
- Inability to ship to the requested address.
- Quantities that exceed reasonable personal use.
If we cancel your order, we'll refund any payment in full and notify you by email.
Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, which currently include Mada, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, and (where available) Cash on Delivery. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
All payments are processed by secure, PCI-compliant payment partners. We never store full card numbers on our servers.
Shipping and delivery
Our shipping rates, delivery times, and policies are set out in detail on our Shipping & Delivery page. In summary:
- Free shipping across Saudi Arabia on orders over SAR 99.
- Flat SAR 18 shipping fee for orders under SAR 99.
- Delivery times vary by location, typically 1–5 business days.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you once the courier hands over the package at your delivery address.
Returns, refunds, and cancellations
Our full return policy is set out on the Returns & Refunds page. In summary:
- 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders, including opened packs.
- Free return pickup across Saudi Arabia.
- Refunds processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the return, with bank processing time on top.

Promotions, discounts, and gift cards
Promotional codes and discounts are subject to specific terms displayed at the time of the offer. Unless stated otherwise:
- Codes cannot be combined with other offers.

- Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- We may modify or end promotions at any time.
Newsletter and marketing communications
By subscribing to our newsletter or opting in at checkout, you consent to receive marketing emails and (where you've opted in) SMS or WhatsApp messages. Acceptable use of the Site
When using our Site, you agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data.

- Submit false information, including in reviews, contact forms, or registration.
- Post content that is offensive, defamatory, infringing, or harmful.
- Interfere with the Site's operation or security.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms.
Intellectual property
The Blossom Wings name, logo, brand identity, product designs, packaging, photography, copy, illustrations, and the Site itself are the property of Blossom Wings and are protected by Saudi and international intellectual property laws.
You may view and share Site content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
If you submit reviews, photos, or other content to us, you grant Blossom Wings a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that content for marketing, customer service, and product improvement purposes. You retain ownership of your content.
User-generated content
If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content to our Site or social media:
- You confirm the content is yours and does not infringe anyone else's rights.
- You confirm the content is not false, defamatory, or harmful.
- You agree we may publish, edit, or remove the content at our discretion.
Product information and disclaimers
Our products are personal hygiene items intended for external use as directed on the packaging. Information on the Site about our products is for general information only and is not a substitute for medical advice.
If you have a medical condition, allergies, sensitive skin, or are uncertain whether our products are right for you, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if you experience any irritation or adverse reaction.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our products or Site is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Saudi law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Blossom Wings, our directors, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, or costs arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, war, civil unrest, pandemics, courier strikes, or major infrastructure failures.

We may update the Site, our products, and these Terms from time to time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated via email (if we have your email) or by a prominent notice on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh, KSA, unless local consumer protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in your country of residence.

Severability
