What's Inside a Blossom Wings Pad

You deserve to know exactly what touches your skin. Here is every layer of a Blossom Wings pad, and every substance we have it independently screened for.

Inside our pads, layer by layer

    Organic cotton top sheet

    The only layer that touches your skin, 100% organic cotton, soft, breathable and fragrance-free.

    Airlaid layer

    Quickly pulls liquid down and away from the surface, so you stay dry.

    Super-absorbent core (SAP)

    Locks liquid away and holds it for dependable leak protection.

    Breathable back sheet

    A protective barrier that lets heat escape instead of trapping it.

    Skin-safe adhesive

    Holds the pad securely in place.

    Easy-peel release paper

    Keeps everything sealed and sanitary until you're ready.

Our pads are ultra-thin (around 0.1cm) across every size. Independent Intertek testing recorded 42 times the pad's weight absorbed in 34 seconds for the 260mm day pad (report ZHCJ25000149007, 26 January 2025) and 50 times its weight in 27 seconds for the 330mm night pad (report ZHCJ25000149008, 27 January 2025), tested to GB/T 8939-2018 and GB 15979-2002.

Comfort Panties

Our period underwear uses a soft non-woven top sheet, a diversion layer, an elastic comfort fit, a wood-pulp core with super-absorbent polymers, and a waterproof backing for full overnight coverage.

Independently screened, and not detected

Our pads were tested under the EDANA Stewardship Programme for absorbent hygiene products by GALAB Laboratories GmbH (Hamburg, Germany), report P2024119776-01 dated 24 April 2024. None of the substances below were detected. This screening covers our pads; the Comfort Panty is not included in it.
